The experienced tour guides take visitors through the hilltops to the headlands, all the way down into the rainforest, then afterwards into the crystal clear Little Mulgrave river (season permitting).

Mount-N-Ride private horse riding tours are great for group bookings or families who would like to stay on their own private tour. This option is also ideal for more experienced riders who would like to do more or get a bit faster on their tour. On this tour the personal guide takes visitors to explore the beautiful 150 acre farmland at the most appropriate pace, making sure the tour provided is the most suitable according to the rider's ability. This tour is available in the morning or afternoon.

Age Limit: Minimum age is 4 years, and those under 18 must travel with a guardian or parent.
Maximum Weight: Maximum weight is 100kg.
Important Information: Horse riding is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant.

Booking fees: Tourism Cairns do not charge any booking fees.
Deposit and final payment: At Tourism Cairns clients are required to pay a deposit only at the time of booking. Final payment is to be completed 48 hours prior to departure or on the day of travel, depending on each tour operator's policy.
Cancellation by the traveller: If the tour is cancelled by the client up to 7 days prior to departure, a full refund is applicable. If the tour is cancelled by the client 7 days prior to departure, the deposit amount might be retained. If the tour is cancelled by the client 48 hours prior to departure, 100% cancellation fee may apply.
Booking amendments: If the date of a tour needs to be changed, Tourism Cairns must be notified in writing by the client up to 48 hours prior to the tour date.
