Are you looking at doing an open water course in Cairns? You will definitely be completing your course in one of the best places in the world, on the Great Barrier Reef. This Learn to Dive course offers a 3 day or 4 day course liveaboard with all inclusive. All theory classes are done on the liveaboard in a small group of 4 students. When it is time to practise in the water, students go in the ocean in the middle of the Great Barrier Reef.

The reef locations visited are Norman, Saxon, and Hastings Reef systems which are considered prestige. These reefs are quite beautiful with shallow corals and big diversity of marine life.

The 3 day course is a bit more intense with longer hours. It is a good option for someone who has limited time in Cairns. But If possible, it is recommended to do the 4 day course which is a bit more relaxed pace.

This SSI Open Water Diver certification includes: all chef-prepared meals, accommodation (twin or double room) on a floating resort, scuba equipment and tuition. Total dives included is 8 training dives.
