Jet Ski Hire
The hot weather is the perfect excuse to go on a jet ski ride. Jet skiing is a water sport suitable for anyone who is after some great fun. The view of Cairns city and the mountains and rainforest around are quite nice.
The jet skis are the latest Yamaha VX 1100CC four-stroke and they are very stable and comfortable to ride. Riders have the control of the jet ski so it is up to them if they want to go slow or fast. If assistance is needed this is not a problem, there is a professional available who can give riders a hand.
The minimum age to ride is 16 years old but for younger travellers they can go on the jet ski as passengers and enjoy the ride as much as the driver. So this is considered a family friendly tour that everyone can participate in.
Parasailing
Parasailing in an exciting and safe activity for any age to enjoy. The feeling can be compared to a bird flying in a high altitude reaching 300ft into the air.
Parasailing passengers will be able to see amazing locations such as Cairns city, Trinity inlet, Cairns beaches, mountains, rainforests, Double Island in Palm Cove and even a bit of Green Island and the Great Barrier Reef in the horizon. The views are stunning and definitely a very special moment.
Also many passengers enjoy watching the airplanes land and take off from the airport. It is quite interesting.
Another possible opportunity would be to encounter some marine life such as sea turtles, native dugongs etc, so keep an eye in the water.
Bumper Tube
The bumper tube is pulled by a 2.5 ton boat that can reach high speed. It is up to each client to go fast and have a really adventurous ride or keep it calm and enjoy the beautiful views of Cairns.
Clients are asked to bring change of clothes as the ride can be quite wet. In the hot tropical weather of Cairns there is nothing better than a fun water sport.
The bumper tube is a budget sport and there are several departure times daily, so there is no excuse not to go and have some great fun.

Booking fees: Tourism Cairns do not charge any booking fees.
Deposit and final payment: At Tourism Cairns clients are required to pay a deposit only at the time of booking. Final payment is to be completed 48 hours prior to departure or on the day of travel, depending on each tour operator's policy.
Cancellation by the traveller: If the tour is cancelled by the client up to 7 days prior to departure, a full refund is applicable. If the tour is cancelled by the client 7 days prior to departure, the deposit amount might be retained. If the tour is cancelled by the client 48 hours prior to departure, 100% cancellation fee may apply.
Booking amendments: If the date of a tour needs to be changed, Tourism Cairns must be notified in writing by the client up to 48 hours prior to the tour date.
