In this Atherton Tablelands Tour with Paronella Park Tour visitors are taken in an adventure to the beautiful World Heritage Wet Tropics of Wooroonooran National Park. Visitors travel through the Atherton Tablelands and visit all the local "must see" attractions such as the beautiful Lake Barrine (cruise optional), Millaa Millaa Falls, Curtain Fig Tree, Babinda Boulders and Paronella Park (Spanish Castle ruins - one man's inspiration and dream).
The day starts with visitors traveling south of Cairns in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle with the company of a local Naturalist guide. The guide along the way provides all clients on board with historical information about the area and also interesting information about the rainforest and wildlife. At the end of the tour guests will have much more knowledge about the beautiful Atherton Tablelands region.
Later in the day travellers are taken to the historical Paronella Park which is a heritage listed tourism attraction located at 120 kilometres south of Cairns. Paronella Park was built in the 1930s by José Paronella, a Spanish immigrant as a present to his Spanish wife, but he also opened the park to the public. Jose built many facilities such as tennis courts, a cinema, a ballroom etc, all inspired by Spanish castles. Paronella Park has received multiple Queensland tourism awards and is a National Trust listed property. It is privately owned and operated and Eco accredited.

Booking fees: Tourism Cairns do not charge any booking fees.
Deposit and final payment: At Tourism Cairns clients are required to pay a deposit only at the time of booking. Final payment is to be completed 48 hours prior to departure or on the day of travel, depending on each tour operator's policy.
Cancellation by the traveller: If the tour is cancelled by the client up to 7 days prior to departure, a full refund is applicable. If the tour is cancelled by the client 7 days prior to departure, the deposit amount might be retained. If the tour is cancelled by the client 48 hours prior to departure, 100% cancellation fee may apply.
Booking amendments: If the date of a tour needs to be changed, Tourism Cairns must be notified in writing by the client up to 48 hours prior to the tour date.
